Dot NAME Domains

Established in 2001, the Dot NAME extension is the single TLD planned for personal websites only. These domains can include personal or fictional names, aliases and/or other labels people are known by. Initially, solely third-level registrations were possible, so if you planned to purchase john.doe.name, you were required to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration procedures were loosened and second-level registrations were also permitted. Existing 3rd-level names remained online.

Through our company, you can order your .NAME domain for a time interval between one and ten years. You will be able to change the WHOIS contact information, to park your domain, to edit Custom DNS records, etc. You can also move over an existing domain to our firm if you have its EPP transfer code from the current registrar firm and we will renew it when the transfer has been finalized.
