Acceptable Use Policy

Network usage rules for our virtual environment.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the strict rules governing the usage of eTesLa Technologies' hosting networks, virtual private servers (VPS), and computing nodes. By deploying or utilizing our infrastructure, you agree to stay fully compliant with these resource safety policies.

1. Zero-Tolerance Mail and SPAM Rules

To protect our IP addresses and Mailcow engine routing reputations, mass marketing or bulk mail operations are completely prohibited. Clients strictly agree to these metrics:

  • Outbound email volumes are capped at a maximum of 100 messages per hour per domain.
  • No running unverified mailing lists or harvesting scripts on our mail layers.
  • Accounts found running open or insecure mail relays will face immediate suspension loops.

2. Compute Resource Abuse Limits

While our KVM partitions isolate your instance, users must not consume host resources in a way that risks performance disruptions for other neighbors sharing the master Proxmox hypervisor:

  • Consuming 100% of your allocated CPU core metrics for more than 4 consecutive hours is flagged as core abuse.
  • Running public torrent seedboxes, open proxies, public TOR exit nodes, or open recursive DNS servers is prohibited.

3. Security Violations and Exploit Bans

Any activity targeted at breaching infrastructure security networks or scanning outside environments will trigger instant account termination without warning:

  • Launching or receiving outbound/inbound DDoS or DoS floods.
  • Running port scanners, security vulnerability exploits, brute-forcing bots, or web scrapers.
  • Hosting malware payloads, phishing forms, command-and-control scripts, or ransomware keys.

4. Copyright and Illegal Content

We honor verified legal digital intellectual property guidelines. Hosting, linking to, or transmitting pirated media files, cracked application architectures (nullified script layers), or unauthorized software distributions is entirely forbidden.
