At eTesLa Technologies, we take your digital privacy seriously. This document explains what information our system processes, how we secure it under European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and how tracking cookies are used to keep your shopping cart working cleanly.
1. Information We Collect
When you register an account or purchase a server through our WHMCS billing portal, we securely collect the following data elements to verify your identity and process orders:
- Personal Identifiers: Full name, physical home/business address, and phone metrics.
- Digital Footprints: Email addresses, registration IP footprints, and domain names.
- System Logs: Virtualizor server control records, active bandwidth metrics, and terminal connection data.
Note: We do not store raw credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers. All transaction payloads are managed externally via secure payment processing portals.
2. How Your Data is Used
Your processing footprints are used strictly to run your cloud hosting subscriptions. We use this data to:
- Automatically provision your Virtualizor VPS environments, CyberPanel web directories, or Mailcow boxes.
- Generate billing statements, processing notifications, and system suspension updates.
- Protect our infrastructure by matching user IP signatures against active firewall blocklists.
3. How Long We Keep Data
We maintain active account data profiles for as long as your hosting subscriptions remain live. If you decide to cancel your account, your data logs are archived strictly to comply with local financial accounting records and network safety audits, after which they are permanently wiped from our databases.
4. Your GDPR Rights
Because we operate under European jurisdiction, you maintain full authority over your data profile structures. You have the right to:
- Request a full electronic export copy of all files and data blocks we hold on you.
- Modify or update your registration profile records at any time via your Client Area dashboard.
- Request the permanent deletion of your data profile (The Right to be Forgotten), provided your active service subscriptions are fully terminated and all invoices are cleared.
5. Cookie Policy Disclosure
To keep our shopping cart interface functional, our system stores miniature tracker packages called Cookies inside your browser storage. These are used strictly for technical performance and contain no personal tracking codes:
- Session Cookies: These map out your unique selection arrays so the shopping cart doesn't forget your products during checkout layers.
- Authentication Cookies: These keep you securely logged into your WHMCS server management desk as you navigate between windows.
You can completely restrict or clear cookie maps via your browser's security panels, but note that doing so will break the shopping cart flow and log you out of your control panels.
