Part I: Terms of Service
Platform Guidelines
Welcome to eTesLa Technologies. By activating an account with us, placing hosting deployment orders, or securing e-commerce product checkouts on our platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following conditions.
1. Contractual Framework & Operating Entities
Services are jointly provisioned and operated under a unified cross-border corporate framework consisting of:
- Greece Core: ZACHARIS MITSOU NIKOLAOS Individual Enterprise (Ατομική Επιχείρηση), located at 53 Dimitriou Misailidi, Keratsini, 18755, Piraeus, Attica, Greece. VAT/ΑΦΜ: 062020090. This entity legally owns the physical computing hardware nodes, manages the onsite network switches, and fulfills e-commerce online-only sales shipped exclusively via national courier channels.
- United States Core: eTesLa Technologies LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Filing ID: 2025-001754608. Registered Agent: 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This entity manages global virtualization billing profiles, software layer automation deployments, client dashboards, and international USD payment routing pipelines.
2. Billing, Remittance, & Multichannel Processing
Our e-commerce and cloud virtualization ecosystem utilizes clear processing segments based on user location and payment gateway choice:
- Local Card & IRIS Payments: Local consumer transactions, Euro card checkouts, IRIS bank payments, and retail transactions are handled via Viva Wallet, SumUp, and Revolut GR under the Greek individual enterprise. These transactions are strictly exempt from VAT via Article 39 of the Greek VAT Code due to gross revenues maintaining beneath the €10,000 baseline threshold.
- Global Transatlantic Flows: Global cross-border transactions, non-EU payments, and USD wire transactions are routed directly via Revolut Business US under the corporate layer of the Wyoming LLC.
3. Third-Party Upstream Services & Domain Registrations
The platform provisions certain automated solutions—specifically including domain name registrations, white-label shared hosting nodes, and cloud bundles—via external registries and wholesale provider networks, including eNom, ResellersClub, Easy.ge, and LiquidNet Ltd (operating as ResellersPanel.com).
By purchasing these resold provisions, you explicitly agree to the following frameworks:
- Incorporation of Upstream Terms: All resold turn-key hosting, reseller channels, and VPS clusters provided via ResellersPanel.com are subject to their master Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies. These external frameworks are hereby fully incorporated into this agreement by reference.
- Limitation of Upstream Liability: eTesLa Technologies functions strictly as an intermediary automation broker. We maintain no liability for service disruptions, domain registry freezes, data corruption, or account terminations originating within upstream wholesale data centers. Our liability for any resold product is capped strictly at the amount paid by the client for that specific active service cycle.
Part II: Privacy Policy
Ecosystem Data Handling
At eTesLa Technologies, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This policy outlines how your data is collected, handled, and isolated within our unified e-commerce and virtualization hosting framework.
1. Information We Collect & Ecosystem Processing
To process hosting node configurations via etesla.net or fulfill technical product transactions via our WooCommerce e-shop (etesla.gr), we collect standard customer identifiers. This data collection is required to coordinate automated provisioning, gateway checkout audits, and national courier shipments:
- Full Name, Email Address, Telephone Number, and physical Shipping/Billing address matrices.
- IP addresses used to access the WHMCS control engine or submit e-shop orders.
- Transaction reference keys from payment platforms (PayPal, Revolut, Viva Wallet, SumUp, or Piraeus Bank).
2. Intercompany Synchronization
Because our operations exist under a reciprocal cross-border setup, your basic registration details are safely synced between our two internal corporate pillars (eTesLa Technologies Greece and eTesLa Technologies LLC USA) to guarantee unbroken tracking. We never lease, trade, or distribute your identity parameters to third-party advertising companies or marketing brokers.
3. Financial Tokenization & Data Security
Credit card numbers, bank pin sets, and financial authentication fields are handled using end-to-end tokenization via certified gateways. Payment parameters are never archived or stored on our local network cores or databases. Furthermore, we maintain a strict zero-inspection framework regarding the workflows inside your active servers: encryption keys, custom application layers, and server data arrays remain under your exclusive root control.
Part III: Acceptable Use Policy
Infrastructure Constraints
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the mandatory technical boundaries for operating infrastructure provisions or creating commercial interactions within our ecosystem.
1. Infrastructure and Operational Limits
All virtual environment partitions must operate within lawful parameters. Network node interactions designed to compromise service integrity will result in instant suspension without warning. Prohibited profiles include:
- Malicious network port scanning, brute forcing, or outbound DDoS/DoS relays.
- Staging or distributing malicious files, rootkits, trojans, or hosting malware command nodes.
- Deploying massive outbound unauthenticated bulk messaging nodes (SPAM) via Mailcow or local SMTP nodes.
- Continuous, unthrottled cryptocurrency mining scripts that intentionally degrade CPU cores or storage cycles on shared Proxmox/Virtualizor master nodes.
2. E-Commerce Checkout Restrictions
For our e-commerce operations on etesla.gr, user profile actions or checkout inputs designed to forge banking data, exploit API validation loops, or execute payment gateway manipulation will result in an immediate global freeze of the customer's client area profile across the entire ecosystem.
Part IV: GDPR Compliance
Data Metrics & Portability Rights
Pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users residing within the European Economic Area retain specific operational data metrics protection boundaries.
1. Your Mandatory Data Controls
We fully enforce and automate your privacy rights through the centralized billing portal dashboard via the following core rights:
- Right to Portability: You can export a clean digital log of your profile parameters, billing transactions, hosting records, and e-shop tracking invoices at any time.
- Right to be Forgotten (Erasure): You possess the absolute right to request the permanent elimination of your account records. This is executed by opening a support ticket, provided that all active server nodes are dissolved, active software licensing runs are canceled, and all shipping or billing items are completely settled.
- Data Protection Officer: For advanced privacy sweeps or data inquiries across either property, you may contact Nikolaos Zacharis Mitsou directly through the engineering portal support desk.
