GDPR Compliance Statement (DPA)

How we handle, secure, and respect your personal data.

GDPR Compliance Statement (DPA)

Pursuant to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this Data Processing Addendum (DPA) defines our strict infrastructure rules, data isolation parameters, and compliance protocols to shield your operational data footprints across our dual-company network.

1. Scope & Legal Core Roles

When you utilize our web hosting automation layers, provision virtual servers, or lease physical infrastructure assets from us, data processing roles are legally split as follows:

  • The Customer: Functions as the primary Data Controller for all websites, scripts, databases, and consumer payloads hosted inside their server nodes.
  • eTesLa Technologies: Functions strictly as a Data Processor regarding your automated server backend slices and disk networks.
  • Corporate Invoicing: We act as a separate Data Controller solely for minimum baseline client bookkeeping profiles.

2. Processing Logs & Analytical Boundaries

To securely manage active business subscriptions, prevent malicious exploit loops, and comply with international accounting declarations, our WHMCS portal processes the minimum required metadata rows:

  • Corporate business designations, physical mailing variables, and active VAT / Tax IDs.
  • Email network communications, active domains, and accounting history paths.
  • Connection source IPv4/IPv6 addresses, automated bandwidth logs, and error terminal rows.

3. Physical Hardware Isolation Inside Europe

Pursuant to our cross-border operational frameworks, all underlying core server virtualization hardware is physically housed within our monitored private office space in Keratsini, Greece. Your files, database rows, and operating system kernels remain securely stationed inside the geographic boundaries of the European Union. We deploy no third-party outsourced automation relays or cross-border mirroring traps, shielding your core data structures from external surveillance flags.

4. Data Portability & The Right to Be Forgotten

Under GDPR Articles 15-22, all registered platform clients possess absolute authority over their information metrics. You can instantly execute your digital compliance rights:

  • Request full structural exports of your registration details and raw operational history profiles.
  • Modify your organizational address variables at any time through your client portal desk.
  • Request the absolute erasure of your profile logs once active hosting subscriptions are closed and all outstanding balance states are cleared.
