Terms of Service

Please review our cloud platform infrastructure legal guidelines.

Welcome to eTesLa Technologies. By activating an account with us or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our infrastructure must be used for lawful purposes only. You strictly agree not to use your Virtual Machines (VPS) or Web Hosting accounts for:

  • DDoS attacks, port scanning, or malicious network hacking activities.
  • Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or phishing websites.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk commercial email (SPAM) via our Mailcow or web servers.
  • Crypto-mining activities (unless explicitly permitted on dedicated resource allocations).

2. Resource Allocation & Usage

Users are provided with dedicated or shared computing resources (CPU, RAM, NVMe Disk Space, Bandwidth) as defined by their purchased plan layer. Intentionally or unintentionally overloading the Proxmox/Virtualizor hypervisor master node network lines may result in temporary account suspension to protect other tenants.

3. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

All automated renewal invoices are generated by our WHMCS billing panel via secure payment portals. If an invoice remains unpaid past its designated due date, automated suspensions will trigger via the backend module. Cancellations must be requested directly through the secure Client Area dashboard panels.

4. Backups and Data Liability

While eTesLa Technologies provides automated backup options at checkout, clients maintain ultimate responsibility for maintaining local copies of their operating systems, configuration metrics, databases, and website directories. We are not liable for data degradation resulting from hardware failure or user errors.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any active infrastructure subscription instantly and without prior warning if a severe violation of our Acceptable Use Policy is verified.

6. Limitation of Liability

eTesLa Technologies shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, which may arise from our servers going offline or being unavailable for any reason. This includes data losses, business interruptions, or loss of profits.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations and the laws governing our operational hosting infrastructure jurisdiction. Any legal actions or disputes must be filed within our local judicial district.
